Supervision

Exploring all aspects of your counselling role.

As a therapist you are constantly changing and developing which can be challenging and isolating at times, particularly for those in private practice. Supervision can be a way of connecting with others and sharing some of the load, allowing you to continue doing your work with clients.

I offer the same non-judgemental, relationship first approach that I use with my clients. Please contact me for an initial 15 phone/video call to see how we might work together.

I understand that counsellors are people first and that we each have our own way of approaching our work as well as our own strengths and challenges. As a supervisor, I am committed to supporting you to be the best counsellor you can be in that moment.

I use an intergrative approach in supervision, but with the discrimination model as my foundation. Please follow the link for a YouTube video which explains more. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVMeDUVYZGQ

For those that are in training, I may be able to offer a reduced fee depending on need. I do charge additional fees for report writing, additional contracts etc.

I can offer individual and small group supervision for charities or other organisations as required.
